Mission, leadership, and operating model

Who We Are

HopeTrack International is a fictional organization built to demonstrate what a disciplined, donor-ready education campaign can look like when design, storytelling, and measurement work together.

Built around measurable education outcomes.

HopeTrack is designed around practical interventions: classroom support, teacher readiness, scholarship continuity, and youth skills development. Every page in the experience is written to feel public-facing while still supporting a serious analytics story underneath.

For this portfolio project, the goal is not just to “look nonprofit.” It is to create a website that shows operational clarity, credible messaging, and the ability to connect user experience with campaign measurement.
